Returns Policy

 

Returns – What happens if you have a problem with an order?

 

We do our best to keep all our customers happy & will do everything we can to help in the unlikely event of things not working out how they should.

Cambers Country Stores Ltd must be notified of returns within 7 days of goods receipt, and goods must be returned within a further 7 days.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of part used goods, perishables or damaged products (unless delivered damaged – see below)

Goods must be returned in the same condition as delivered in. The customer is responsible for returning any goods (cost or otherwise). We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on any returned goods. As a lot of our items are prepared to order, this may invalidate the right to return.

Damaged goods must be signed for as damaged or rejected when delivered, and Cambers Country Stores Ltd must be notified within 48 hours. For any more information or clarity please phone the office on 01952 510481.

To ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible please ensure the item is in its original packaging, it is packaged to avoid damage in transit and you have informed us of your return.

Any refunds will be made within 30 days from notification to us and in accordance to our terms and conditions. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. We will refund the price of the item to you once it is received by us.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
